Woodland Villa

1. Pavilion usage is for whole day use only.
2. Woodland Villa is not liable for any loss of item in the Pavilion after your event. Please make sure to remove all flowers, decorations, etc., before the end of the day.
3. You cannot stick any kinds of taps, pin, drill, screw, nail or gun tacker at our floors, ceilings, walls, columns, stage and backdrop. Please ask for assistance from Woodland Villa’s staff.
4. Corkage fee applies for any outside food or caterer, outside rented sound system, or decorists or florist.
5. Charges may change without prior notice.
6. All inclusions for the package chosen and agreed upon shall be delivered; no more, no less. Any additional items like utensils, tables, chairs, napkins, decorations or any other additional services outside of the quotation provided shall be paid upon checkout.
7. In case of damages incurred in the venue or loss of items from the resort, the client is liable to pay the damages accordingly.
8. Strictly NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS are allowed in any event.

UPON CHECK IN

1. Your reservation fee is non-refundable and not transferable.
2. All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking space.
3. Any firearms and deadly weapons shall be surrendered to the management office to protect the safety and security of all guests and staff in the villa.
4. Any flammable or explosive materials shall be surrendered to the management office and should not be displayed or used in the premises of the resort.
5. Issued keys have a deposit of Php 300 which shall be returned upon checkout. If in case of loss, key deposit becomes non-refundable.

DURING STAY

1. NO EATING inside the rooms.
2. NO PETS inside the rooms.
3. Gambling, drinking of alcoholic beverages, use of prohibited drugs and smoking ARE NOT ALLOWED. A penalty of Php per 1000 stick or bottle shall be collected from violators.
4. Littering, and picking of fruits and flowers are PROHIBITED. Php 100 shall be collected per fruit or flower as penalty.
5. Do not attach anything to the floors, walls, ceilings, columns, or any facilities using nails, screws, pins, tapes/double sided tape, gun tucker, or anything that may damage them to avoid additional charges to the guests.
6. Practice CLAYGO (Clean as You Go).
7. Turn off the lights, air-conditioner and faucets when leaving the room.
8. Woodland Villa has no lifeguard. Pools are open from 7 am to 2 am only and range from depths of 3 ft to 5.5 ft. Children below 12 yrs old must always be accompanied by an adult and not left unattended at all times.
9. Be mindful of your valuables. Woodland Villa is not liable for any loss during or after the period of stay.
10. Observe silence from 11 PM to 6 AM in respect of other guests.

UPON CHECKOUT

1. The guests agree to pay the amount stated and other incidental charges for the services and the facilities provided by Woodland Villa.
2. All parts of the room setup shall remain inside the rooms upon checkout. Any missing pillow, linen, etc. shall be charged to the guests.
3. Woodland Villa shall not be liable to any loss, damage, or injury of the client and/or their guests attributable to acts of omission, negligence and deliberate violations of the existing rules.
4. The client shall settle the full payment upon checkout.

SAFETY RULES

• Keep your mask on at all times.
• Do not fire your marker where there are unmasked spectators.
• Do not overshoot players.
• Do not cross the borders.
• Do not climb the bunkers, go around them.
• Do not blind fire.

GAME PROPER

• Choose your game type
  • Get the flag (1 hit, 1 out)
  • Play until you run out of bullets
• Raise your hand in the air when
  • You get hit
  • You run out of bullets
  • You want to surrender and cautiously exit the field
  • You have problem with your marker
  • IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
    • Do not shoot the field marshal
    • Do not wipe the paint off once you’ve been hit
    • Do not pick bullets from the ground
    • Do not let the marker touch the ground

INSTANT REMOVAL

• Arguing or threatening the staff.
• Breaking safety rules.
• Use of physical contact towards other players.
• Playing under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
